FAQs
When is the next trip?
Our next Rio Sports Tour experience happens this July and lasts for one unforgettable week. Exact dates and availability are listed on the booking page. Spots fill fast — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Do I need to be a high-level athlete to join?
Not at all. We host white belts to black belts, casual hobbyists to serious competitors. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or you're preparing for Worlds, we tailor the experience to your level and goals.
Can I come alone?
Yes! In fact, many of our travelers come solo — and leave with lifelong friendships. From the moment you land, you’ll be taken care of. We handle all logistics, and you’ll be surrounded by an incredible community from day one.
What’s included in the trip?
Here’s what we typically cover:
Group BJJ training with top instructors
Lodging in prime Rio neighborhoods
Airport transfers
Cultural activities (beaches, hikes, samba, tours, etc.)
Support from our multilingual local team
Optional: tours, 1on1 sessions, etc
Note: Flights are not included
Where will I stay?
We book hand-selected boutique accommodations in Rio’s coolest, most vibrant areas — places we’d stay ourselves. Think modern, clean, comfortable, and close to training + culture.
Is this a guided tour?
Not in the traditional sense. We don’t stick you on a bus with strangers. Instead, we guide you like a local friend would — giving you insider access to Rio’s best food, beaches, training, and culture. You’ll have freedom, but never feel lost.
